Dunedin Launch of The Quaker

The Dunedin launch of The Quaker took place last night beside the Water of Leith in the pretty damn toney surroundings of the University of Otago Staff Club. Professor Lyn Tribble, eminent Shakespeare scholar and crime fiction aficionado, did the honours and I read a short extract from the novel. A lot of food was consumed, plenty of wine and Emerson's Pilsner was sunk, and we shifted a few books.
